Communication in times of a crisis
Communication is a key element in any company. You can plan much better the actions to be taken to quell the crisis, and not to improvise.
- Be sincere. Do not hide your mistakes, it will be worse. In any crisis you must always face your mistakes, and assume that you have made a mistake.
