Purchases & Refunds

You need to confirm your card — your card may need to go through a confirmation process. If there’s no “confirm credit card” link on your card details page within your PayPal Wallet, you don’t need to complete this step.
You can request a refund up to 180 days after you pay for your item. If you sent a payment, but it's still pending, you can cancel it on your Activity as long as you see the "Cancel" button next to it. If the payment isn't claimed within 30 days, it will be automatically refunded to you.
Just type in the coupon code on checkout and click apply coupon and that is all you need to do.
You get immediate access to your course as soon as your payment goes through paypal or credit card.

Making Courses

You can change all your account details and picture in the account profile section.
All our emails come with an opt out button at the bottom which gives you the choice to modify your subscription or opt out completely.
You can change your password easily in the profile section and you can also use the i have forgotten my password button on the login form.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to [email protected]
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
