Graeme Lategan

Graeme is primarily from the Public Service and has served in the Correctional Services, East London Municipality, Cape Provincial Administration and several Provincial Government Departments. Specialising in Law Enforcement Traffic, Policing and Security he held among others, positions as Superintendant for East London Traffic Services, Head of Law Enforcement and Training – East London City Police – Deputy Director – Department of Transport – Eastern Cape, Acting District Manager – Eastern Cape Department of Roads &Transport and Director – North West Province.

He has a balanced and comprehensive scope of managerial disciplines with a holistic and practical knowledgebase pertaining to operational implementation and change management including international exposure in terms of integrated operational management and training programs with The Police in The Netherlands, Belgium and UK. He has a recommendation letter from the California Highway Patrol sighting his impressive CV and was invited to the USA by the FBI to participate in their Executive Leadership Program.

While being a registered constituent Assessor and Moderator for multiple Seta’s Graeme holds several Degrees – Masters Business Administration (MBA) – Mancosa, Bachelor of Policing Practise Honours (BPP) Cum Laude – Southern Business School, Baccalaureus Technologiae Road Traffic & Municipal Police Management (BTECH) -Tshwane University of Technology, National Diploma Traffic & Police Management -Technikon Pretoria, Diploma Labour Law – Graduate Institute of Management & Technology, Diploma Human Resources, Diploma Risk Management, Diploma Security Management and a National Diploma in Traffic Science.

He has received the award for Top Research Methodology Student from SBS, the award for presenting the best paper at The National RTMC Conference relating to Monitoring & Managing Performance and has been promoted 7 times during his professional Career. He has been a speaker at several conferences with international status and has published numerous articles in national career focused magazines. Various achievement awards in Sports Disciplines and Champion Status in Karate and Quad Racing.
